1. Data Controller
The CEO is the data controller for the company’s processing of personal data on behalf of Respondo AS.

We store the personal data you have provided on our websites. We use cookies on our websites to provide you, the visitor, with the best customer experience and service. The Electronic Communications Act requires us to inform our visitors about the use of cookies.

Information we have received in connection with your purchase is stored in our active customer register for 3.5 years.

Please note that you can request access to and transfer of your own personal data, as well as request correction or deletion of information. A complaint can be made to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority regarding processing in violation of the rules.

We have a data protection officer, general manager, who ensures that the Personal Data Act’s rules on processing personal data are followed.

We secure your personal data by both physical and virtual access and access control, as well as by encrypting sensitive parts of the information provided.
