During Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to Madrid, the governments of Spain and Ukraine signed an International Technical and Financial Cooperation Agreement to expedite the implementation of Spanish projects in Ukraine.
In these efforts, Spain relies on the Spanish Office for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business, which acts as a one-stop shop to coordinate and identify opportunities, facilitate the participation of Spanish companies, and channel technical and financial cooperation. Its work strengthens Spain’s capacity to support Ukraine in high-impact projects and to effectively mobilise public and private resources.
